After purchasing the size 14 in this, I did find it to be on the bigger side, so did an exchange, which was easy to do, and purchased a size 10 hoping that it wouldn't be to small. I'm a mid size 14 gal, but to my surprise the size 10 was a perfect fit and can still do the buttons up if I wish too. I purchased this to wear as an open shirt with a tshirt or tank underneath and it looks great. Thank you ladies , a great staple wardrobe piece.
