Customer Service Administrator- Full time, Wagga Wagga

We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our fun and supportive team!

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Answering customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat
  • Processing returns
  • Administrative tasks
  • Handling and resolving product and customer enquiries in a timely manner
  • Coordinating order dispatch
  • Assisting other team members in different areas as required

To be successful you will have:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Possess superior customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Possess excellent personal organisation and business administration skills
  • Minimum intermediate computer skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Be motivated and enthusiastic
  • A pleasant and courteous phone manner
  • A passion for fashion!

Sales Assistant - Casual, Wagga Wagga:

We are looking for our next in store team member! Would you like to join our fun, vibrant team? We offer a friendly work environment with generous staff discounts. We are looking for a casual sales assistant.

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Customer service and sales
  • Styling outfits
  • Using POS and eftpos systems
  • Store maintenance and cleaning
  • Assisting in reaching store KPI's
  • Picking online orders

To be successful you will:

  • Be motivated, reliable and enthusiastic
  • Have customer service experience
  • Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Experience in fashion retail is desirable but not essential
  • Having a passion for fashion is a bonus!
  • Have weekend availability

Shifts will be on a rotating roster including some weekends.
