We offer free express shipping on all orders on and over $200 Australia wide, and free standard shipping on all orders on and over $150 Australia wide. Orders below $150 will be charged $10 for standard shipping or $15 for express shipping. We attempt to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving your order, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow for an extra 2-3 business days for dispatch during peak holiday and sale periods. All International orders are charged a flat rate of $20 for standard shipping via Australia Post.
Store Pickup
Once your order is placed, you will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Store pickup orders are generally ready for collection within 24 hours of placing your order, excluding weekends and public holidays.

I love this style dress. Spacious, comfortable, easy to wash & iron. Having long sleeves, is just enough to keep me warm with my body heat. Definitely recommend the style. Good quality material. Well made. Thanks Always Alice for making my wardrobe easier to manage.

As I bought the last of your stock, I had to make do with a size larger than my regular size. I will therefore need to make adjustments before wearing (the top gapes).
But I love it otherwise, and now I know that Always Alice is reliable and produces quality products.
I will continue to keep an eye on the site and recommend to friends.

Beautiful material! Brought down a size and it still feels too big and because I brought it on sale I cannot return it. I think you should be able to return regardless of it being on sale or not. Probably will not buy from them again as all their dresses seem to be the same style.

Beautiful dress was a little large on me but thankfully being a sewist I was able to modify for a perfect fit - great quality too

In the photos this dress looks to be the same style, fabric and cut as the Zandra dress which I bought recently and love, except for the Sarah-Lee having longer sleeves. However, it turned out to be from a different maker and made of a slightly coarser feeling fabric. The neckline was lower and wider than the Zandra but I was able to take in the front and now it fits nicely. I really like the style and colour of this dress and with minor alterations is now very comfortable to wear and I think it looks great.

This is a charming little dress, sweet pattern and comfortable style to wear. The print is not overstated and quite subtle and feels very feminine. I expect to get a lot of wear out of this one. I bought a size down. I’m normally a 12 but 10 was quite generous. It looks lovely and a jacket.
