Need to return something?

We hope you love your new purchases, but if something's not quite right here's how you can return your item/s.

You can return your item for store credit, exchange or refund (excluding sale items) within a period of 30 days. Please access our returns portal and follow the prompts.

Returns are processed within two business days of receiving your item/s (please allow for an extra 2-3 business days during peak holiday and sale periods!). 

Fixed $10 return shipping will be applied IF you select ‘Drop Off” within our returns portal. In this instance, a return label will be sent to you following your payment of $10. 

Should you wish to return your item manually ($10 flat rate will NOT be applied, customer to organise their own label and payment with Australia Post), please select ‘Mail’ option within the portal. You can then organise your own return label to post your item back to us. 

All returns will be processed for store credit, exchange or refund (customer to select desired option in the returns portal), and a confirmation email will be sent to you with details pertaining to your return. If you have selected an exchange we will send out your replacement free of charge! If you have selected store credit, you will receive a bonus $10 store credit to add to your total! Please note that we offer one exchange per order. If you’ve already made an exchange and need to return the new item, you can choose either a store credit or a refund.

Returns must be received in original condition (unwashed, unworn, tags still attached, in original packaging). In the rare event that a return is rejected, the decision is final and not negotiable.

Please note we do not offer returns for items available in our Sale section (unless deemed faulty).

Faulty Items 

Please check over all garments before washing or removing tags.
If you have received a faulty garment, we're so sorry about this! Please contact our friendly customer service team at customerservice@alwaysalice.com.au or call 0456 615 521.

Faulty Items will not be accepted after 60 days from receiving the item. Should an item shrink, tear or break due to not following care instructions provided on our website, Always Alice is not responsible for replacement, refund or store credit.
