We offer free express shipping on all orders on and over $200 Australia wide, and free standard shipping on all orders on and over $150 Australia wide. Orders below $150 will be charged $10 for standard shipping or $15 for express shipping. We attempt to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving your order, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow for an extra 2-3 business days for dispatch during peak holiday and sale periods. All International orders are charged a flat rate of $20 for standard shipping via Australia Post.

The dress was lovely, but just not on me. It will be the last time I will be buying clothes online for me. I really need to try on in a shop. This is the second dress I have ordered from you and it hasn’t looked nice on me. So I think I will quit now and give it to someone else. Thanks anyway, such a shame you don’t give refunds but there you go not much I can do about that.

Slow delivery , the courier actually lost the parcel so it's better to choose Australia Post option... Customer service is extremely good .... I'm a size 18 to 20 and found the dress still a little big but lovely to touch ... Haven't worn yet... Thanks you Always Alice
